Thomas Chany
Thomas Chany, based in Puisserguier, Languedoc, produces natural, no-sulfite-added wines from Carignan and Muscat grapes. His standout wines, including Mangourass and Trémières, reflect his commitment to organic practices and balanced flavor.

Pierre et l’étoile
Based in Assignan, Languedoc, on a 4-hectare organic estate, Pierre craft natural wines with minimal intervention from six grape varieties, including Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache. Each plot is vinified independently using indigenous yeasts, with no inputs, sulfites, or filtration, highlighting terroir and grape character. A true natural-wine producer of this region.

Wim Wagemans
Wim Wagemans, founder of Le Bouc à Trois Pattes in Languedoc, creates natural wines with minimal intervention. His range includes elegant reds, vibrant rosés, and unique orange wines, known for their purity, complexity, and drinkability.

Domaine Meïgoon
This winemaker crafts natural wines using organic methods in the picturesque village of Roquebrun. Known for bold reds and vibrant whites, their wines express local terroir with minimal intervention, emphasizing rich flavors and a smooth, balanced finish.

La Graine Sauvage
Sybil Baldassarre founded Domaine La Graine Sauvage in 2015, producing organic, natural white wines in Faugères. She vinifies with indigenous yeasts, without additives or sulfites, for pure, mineral-driven wines. Passionate about heritage grapes, she is reviving Picpoul and Clairette.

Peira Levada
Alexandre Durand, son of Bergerac winemakers, founded Domaine Pèira Levada in 2018, cultivating 4 hectares across 12 parcels in Faugères. Practicing organic and biodynamic viticulture, he employs no-till farming to preserve soil health. Durand vinifies using long, gentle macerations in fiberglass tanks without additives or sulfur, producing wines that balance structure and freshness.
