Winemaking Process

Alexandre Durand employs organic farming practices, with the vineyards being certified organic by Bureau Veritas. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal quality. In the cellar, the non-extracted grape marcs of each variety are gently pressed after separation from the juice, then blended. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without fining or filtration, allowing the wine to express its natural character and the essence of its terroir. The wine is aged in fiberglass tanks to maintain its purity and freshness. Notably, no sulfur is added during the vinification process.
