Our PURPOSE
Natural Wine from Languedoc Rousillon

For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching Languedoc’s wine scene up close evolving from its dirty reputation into something new and exciting. We want to be a part of this rebirth and share whats starting to becoming something truly special.
When I first arrived, the region was known for mass-produced wines. But slowly, a new generation of winemakers began to shake things up, blending traditional practices with fresh perspectives to create natural wines that speak directly to the land.
Winemakers like Corine Andrieu at Clos Fantine and Gauthier Ollivier at Domaine Meigoon are at the forefront of this movement. They’ve ditched the chemicals and embraced organic farming, focusing on minimal intervention to let the grapes—and the land—truly shine.
Their wines are vibrant, expressive, and raw, full of life and character. What excites me most about natural wine is its unpredictability.
These wines aren’t manipulated or over-processed. They ferment naturally, using native yeasts, and that gives them a sense of place—a true reflection of Languedoc’s unique terroir.
Whether it’s the bold, fruit-forward reds or the fresh, mineral-driven whites, every bottle feels like a snapshot of the region at its most authentic.
Working with natural wines here is about more than just the product; it’s about being part of a community that values sustainability, creativity, and authenticity.
We’re seeing a rebirth of Languedoc, one led by winemakers who are as passionate about preserving the environment as they are about making incredible wines.
It’s this connection to the land and the people that makes natural wine so special—and why I’m proud to be part of this movement.
