Buy natural wine from Languedoc
If you operate a restaurant or bar and want to purchase wine from us, here’s everything you need to know including information about ordering, payments and other important details. We want it to be straightforward, transparent, and making buying wine from us as smooth as possible. We’re highly flexible and committed to accommodating your needs, so please consider the following information as guidelines, customized solutions and special requests are always welcome!
Ordering Process

How to Place an Order
Restaurants and bars can easily place orders via email or phone. Please send your order details including wine varieties, quantities, and preferred delivery date to axel@dirtywines.se or call us directly at +46 735 116 794.

Delivery
Once your order is confirmed and the wines are in stock, same-day delivery will apply to orders within the Stockholm area unless otherwise agreed upon during confirmation. Deliveries typically take place from 19:00 on weekdays and from approximately 15:00 on weekends.

Modifiy & Cancel
If you need to modify or cancel your order after submitting it, please contact us immediately. Due to our commitment to same-day deliveries, any order modifications should ideally be communicated within a few hours of placement to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing
Our listed prices are exclusive of VAT. and apply to all order quantities. While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate and up to date, we reserve the right to adjust prices on invoices if necessary due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates or other external costs.
Minimum Order Quantity
To keep things flexible, we have no minimum order quantity. You’re welcome to order as little as one bottle for your restaurant or bar. However, please note that smaller orders may not qualify for same-day or standard delivery schedules, and alternative delivery timing may apply.
Payment & Discounts
We accept payments via bank transfer and Swish. Returning customers who regularly purchase more than 20 cases per quarter may qualify for discounts or receive exclusive early access to our limited-release wines.
